Stacey answered the phone every time I called - A rarity these days and always made time when I knew how busy they are at the moment - knowledgable, factual, and honest as she guided us through the choices available. Paul was excellent, again on hand to answer technical questions pre install & was a pleasure to deal with on the day. The hot tub is amazing, we haven’t been out of it. It's a game changer and something we will cherish for years to come.

Awesome hot tub and spa suppliers - My wife decided that she’d like a Swim Spa, we hadn’t got a clue so we asked them to help. We couldn’t be more happy with the service Paul project managed the entire job and organised local trades for all areas of the project. As you can see the spa is so good.

Fabulous experience from start to finish. Paul and Stacey provided us with a wonderful, large, luxurious hot tub which we decided to get to help celebrate my son's 21st during lockdown. He loved it! Was in there EVERY day of the week we had it. And we loved it too! So much so we are planning to get one again over the summer. Although there was something very special about being outside nice and hot on a cold February day.
