Our Story

We have evolved, as businesses do, to where we are today. Here is our story.

We are a family run business founded in 2013 by Stacey and a Cupcake! Stacey has always had a passion for helping people and running her own business, being involved in a family business from childhood.

Paul joined in 2016 after being made redundant from his Senior Mechanical Engineer role, for the seventh time in his career, and the decision was made to leap off a cliff,  into what they hoped, was a more secure future together.

With the help and support of our wonderful customers, many of which have been with us from the very beginning and Iris our Mum(in Law) who lived with us and was able to help a working family, Hot Tub and Spa – Solihull was created.

Our eldest daughter Megan has always been a part of the team from helping make decisions around the dinner table to working late into the night to help complete projects, Megan makes life easier is her nickname within the team.

Along came our technical people who are an invaluable part of the team. They provide exceptional customer service and share our vision of integrity, honesty and good work ethics.

Paul’s strong technical background means we have a plethora of knowledge to build and call upon.

Buddy, Mishka, Daisy and Bella, furry support team! With the office and showroom next to the house the team would not be complete without our furry friends. You’ll often find a waggy tail to greet you (safely behind our dog gate as we know not everyone is confident around dogs and we want you to feel comfortable).

Our Showroom, why we work from home.

Well, it’s not really home, well it sort of is, when you visit you will ‘get it’. Pre Covid we were based in Earlswood Garden and Landscape Centre, unfortunately Covid made working from the site very difficult and our precious Mum(in law)was diagnosed with a Rare from of Dementia. We are fortunate enough to have apiece of land to the side of our house that we could repurpose into our office/shop/showroom o the decision was made to bring the business home to allow us to care for Mum(in law) as long as possible. Sadly Mum(in law) passed away in 2022. We have chosen to keep the shop/showroom/offices next to the house as it really works, in so many ways. We are not the largest company in the country, but we feel our depth of knowledge, integrity and passion replaces the need for a massive showroom with Sales Staff and 100’s of products on display, which can be overwhelming anyway (proven fact). We have the support of some of the best manufacturers and suppliers in the world and can do everything, if not more.

We hope that when you visit us, you feel relaxed, comfortable, and at ease so that you can ask as many questions as you need. When visiting us as we have lots of information to hand, products to see, and the kettle is always on, there is no rush, and we will spend as much or as little time as you need, discussing the pros and cons of all the solutions on offer with you.
