Who is an Expert and How do I know?

Hot Tub and Spa - Solihull are Bishta - British and Irish Spa and Hot Tub Association members, CHTT (Certificate of Hot Tub Technicians) qualified and WhatSpa approved. What does this mean to you?

You can relax knowing that you can benefit from our expertise and hours and hours of learning we have undertaken. (Quick story, I was recently enjoying a meal with friends and everyone was chatting away, about lots of different interesting topics, I realised I know nothing about anything , I am not interesting and my general knowledge is rubbish. BUT talk to me about our business and I can take the floor, sad maybe, but perfect for our customers).

During Covid, it is no secret, business was booming for hot tub retailers. This meant, anyone that could get their hands on hot tubs started selling them. This was a great time to be selling hot tubs.

The downside is that not everyone supplying hot tubs knew the regulations or how to help the customers have a good experience. They hadn't had time to learn the industry, they saw an opportunity and seized it, (that's ok, we all do that, but the learning part, in our opinion, is something not to be skipped).

Fast forward and lets be honest, lots of businesses have sadly ceased trading in the industry, the last couple of years have been difficult. Cost of living crisis has a big impact on luxury items, naturally. That combined with energy price increases (it's difficult to get the word out that we can help with that! Check out the Air Source Heat Pumps Here ), it has been a challenge for everyone (don't worry, we are ok) .

We are now seeing a big increase in customers that have had poor to none to even outright dangerous water chemistry inductions. Please let us help you. Yes we would have loved to supply you the hot tub, but hey, we are so much more than that and helping you is where we shine anyway. When we visit you for a Service, Clean and Refresh or even Repair, just ask any of our team for a refresh on how to use the chemicals. Or contact us, we are all happy to help you.

We are seeing dangerous installations especially how close the electrics are to the hot tub. The rotary isolator or plug socket should be at least 2m away from the hot tub.

These are just a couple of examples why knowledge is so important.

Look for the nerd that knows nothing about anything, except their business and helping their customers (that one's definitely me ).
